We recommend that you book your transfer as early as possible, otherwise we can only transfer you if there is free capacity. It is best to send us your inquiry as soon as you receive your travel details. You can send us your request up to 24 hours before departure. Please note our office hours.

Outside office hours you can reach us on our emergency number +49 (0) 171 759 14 95. Emergencies are e.g. short-term cancellations due to illness, significant flight delays, short-term rebooking & missed flight.
You can send us inquiries using the booking tool, booking form or email to email@example.com around the clock. Your inquiries will be answered as soon as possible.
Please refrain from calling us outside office hours for booking enquiries.

You need your complete address and contact details & your travel dates.
You can cancel your transfer at any time via the booking tool or by email. In any case, the cancellation should be made in writing. For our cancellation conditions, please note our general terms and conditions.
If you have received a booking confirmation from us, the transfer is safe for you and booked on the confirmed dates. Our staff will be ready to pick you up in good time. It is only necessary to contact them again if something changes in your travel details.
We currently do not offer collective transfers. It is currently not clear when this can be made available again. We will inform you about the reintroduction of collective transfers via our website.
