Airport Shuttle

Airport-Shuttle

Our airport shuttle service takes you safely, comfortably and on time to all airports in Germany and/or picks you up there. And that 365 days a year, around the clock.

Booking/cancellation of airport shuttle services

You can submit your booking requests up to 72 hours before the travel time. Please understand that booking requests that we receive later can only be accepted subject to availability. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the time of travel are free of charge for you.

Transfer TO THE airport

To book the transfer, you need your flight details and the desired pick-up time. If you do not want to give us these, we will be happy to set them for you (depending on the airport and departure time approx. 3.5 to 4.5 hours before departure). In each case, we choose a pick-up time that ensures you arrive at the airport on time.

Your driver will be ready to pick you up punctually at the pick-up time agreed in the booking.

Transfer FROM Airport

For airport pickup, our staff will contact you on your mobile number after you land. Once you are ready to be picked up, you can call our representative and you will be picked up at the respective terminal of your landing.

At Frankfurt Airport, this is the “Meeting Point” in Hall B at exit number 3 when you arrive at Terminal 1. Our driver can be recognized by the sign with the Adé logo.

When you arrive at Terminal 2, after passing through the customs area, please also go to the “Meeting Point” there in Hall E. There you will be picked up by one of our employees.

Important information about your pick-up:

  • Our drivers are aware of any flight delays and reach the airport according to your actual landing time
  • Please switch on your mobile phone immediately after leaving the aircraft and make sure that our staff can reach you if necessary
  • Please wait at the agreed meeting point for our driver to pick you up. If our employee is not waiting for you at the meeting point at the agreed time, please stay there until our employee arrives
  • If you cannot find the meeting points, please ask at the info points or at one of the counters how to get there
  • If our employee does not arrive at the meeting point after about 15 minutes of waiting, please call us on our office number. Outside office hours, we can be reached on the emergency number.

Excess baggage & bulky goods

Excess baggage or bulky goods must be reported and are subject to a surcharge. Your booking includes (per person) one suitcase up to 30kg and hand luggage free of charge.

Payment options

When paying by Paypal and bank transfer, please always include your booking ID in the subject line. You can find the booking ID on your order confirmation.
